Civil Engineer - Project Manager Structure

Your main missions: • Mandate management: Autonomously manage structure projects (residential buildings, public facilities, sports complexes, eco-districts) across all SIA phases. • Engineering & Calculations: Ensure the calculation, modeling, and sizing of reinforced concrete structures for new or renovated complex works. • Coordination: Collaborate transversally with other internal entities (geotechnics, environment) and supervise the work of drafters-designers assigned to your projects. • Commercial development: Participate in acquiring new mandates by developing technical and financial offers. Your profile: • Engineer graduated from EPF or HES in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with specialization in structures. • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in calculating and modeling reinforced concrete structures within a study office in Switzerland. • Proven mastery of structure calculation software (such as Cubus, SCIA, SOFISTIK) and management tools (Messerli). • Perfect knowledge and application of SIA and VSS standards. • Developed analytical mind, autonomy, and excellent writing skills in French. 1000 Lausanne
