The Spittelhof in Biel-Benken offers 13 adult women and men of all ages with mental and/or cognitive impairments a short- or long-term home. 18 adapted workplaces are available to internally and externally living employees. Life on the Spittelhof is characterized by the rural environment in a special living atmosphere. We are looking for a Caregiver for Day Structuring and Supported Work 80% ## Your commitment You will accompany employees with mental and/or cognitive impairments in supported work and support them in household tasks. With joy, expertise, and an open eye for individual strengths, you will design a meaningful and well-structured work and daily routine together with the participants. An important part of your task is the reference person work for five to seven participants. You will promote their resources, accompany developments, and adjust the support to the individual needs. Simple nursing activities as well as the exchange with relatives, specialists, and third parties are also part of your varied range of tasks. We also look forward to your motivation and competence to further develop the offer.
