Meal Delivery Driver (courier) 20 to 100% (M/F)

B4G Eat is a hyperlocal meal delivery service from Jura. We deliver to customers of restaurants in the region, at noon and in the evening. We are hiring SALARIED delivery drivers FROM DAY ONE: no independent status, no subcontracting. Swiss employment contract, social security contributions and accident insurance (LAA) at our expense, as for any employee. YOUR TASKS • Pick up orders from partner restaurants. • Deliver to customers within the announced deadlines, with a smile. • Respect the hot and cold chain (isothermal bag provided). • Use our delivery application on your smartphone (training provided). SCHEDULES • Lunch service: 11:30 - 13:30. • Evening service: 18:00 - 21:00, sometimes until 22:00. • Approximately 5 to 6 hours per day depending on the selected shifts, every day of the service's opening. • You choose your availability: the occupation rate is built with you, from 20% to 100%, according to your needs and your motivation. PROFILE SOUGHT • You know the region. • You have a means of locomotion: scooter, bicycle, electric bicycle or car (driver's license depending on the vehicle). • You speak French. • You are punctual, autonomous and careful in customer contact. • You have a smartphone. • No previous experience required: we train. WHAT WE OFFER • A Swiss employment contract, salaried from the first trip. • Remuneration per trip, with guarantee of the cantonal minimum wage in force. • 100% of tips passed on to the driver. • A portion of the trip that increases with experience and quality of service. • Equipment provided: isothermal bag, phone holder, vest, textile in B4G Eat colors. • Schedules built with you, compatible with studies or another activity. • A local, human-sized, reachable team.
