Investigations Specialist Operations

Your tasks

• Carrying out inquiries with third-party and correspondent banks via the Swift network
• Processing and coordinating payment claims
• Carrying out Safewatch monitoring at the 1st level as well as processing corresponding hits
• Monitoring and ensuring the smooth operation of all systems relevant to payment transactions
• Collaboration in projects and system tests for the implementation of new or improved applications, automations, digitalizations, and process optimization
• Updating directives, work instructions, and processes

Your profile

You have completed commercial vocational training and already bring experience in the field of Banking Operation and Back Office. You possess a confident manner as well as healthy assertiveness and enjoy working in a team. Your exact and structured way of working distinguishes you as much as customer-oriented and responsible thinking and acting. In addition to your German mother tongue, you can also communicate well in French and/or English.
