WHAT YOU CAN MOVE ##

• Manage software development projects: You are responsible for your project from start to finish. This includes the planning, direction, and coordination of complex software projects. It is not about managing the project activity and the collaborators in the project, but about actively developing with determination and steering effectively.
• Elaborate project plans: You autonomously create the necessary project plans.

Project presentation: You present the project internally and also at our clients (on-site or online).

• Keep an eye on project progress: You are responsible for the continuous monitoring and fine-tuning of project progress regarding the project schedule and objective.
• Quality and test management: You ensure compliance with quality standards by applying effective quality management and testing.
• Be the interface: You take care of managing interfaces with clients, which means establishing and maintaining partnership client relationships with the aim of high client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Team coordination: All teams involved are coordinated by you.

Be the contact person: You are the direct contact person for our clients.

HOW YOU SUCCEED ##

• Qualification: You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Software development: Ideally, you have already worked as a developer and know this role firsthand.
• Experience in IT project management and direction: You have already acquired varied experience in (multi-)project management and know the business of an IT service company. Furthermore, you have at least 3 years of experience in directing project teams with several collaborators and the necessary knowledge to motivate collaborators during all phases of a project.
• Certifications: Ideally, you have recognized certifications in classical and agile project management, in the fields of HERMES, SAFe, Scrum and/or IPMA.
• Experience with early warning systems: You have experience with early warning systems in the field of large software projects and project control.
• Experience in quality management and testing: In critical project situations, you demonstrate a solution-oriented and structured approach.
• Extensive experience in quality management and testing of software development projects.

Presales experience: You show confidence in exchanges with decision-making interlocutors and have deep experience in presales activities.

• AI competence: You use AI tools with confidence in your field, evaluate results critically, and help clients and adessi to exploit the potential of AI.
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English. French is an asset.
• Flexibility: You are willing to travel depending on the projects.
