Do you want to contribute your specialist knowledge in a targeted way and actively help shape nursing care? In Oncology/Radio-oncology at USZ, you will take on a central role as a specialist in the further development of nursing quality and support your team in dealing with complex patient situations. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • You care for patients with complex clinical pictures in oncology/hematology and/or radio-oncology • You actively contribute specialist topics to the department's activities • You convey knowledge and passion for the profession with didactic skill • Together with the nursing expertise, you are responsible for specialist support and quality assurance in the department • You are the first point of contact for team members regarding specialist questions • You support long-standing as well as newly hired employees through targeted coaching Your profile • You are a skilled nursing professional and have a Bachelor's degree as well as at least two years of professional experience in an acute care hospital and the willingness to complete specialist advanced training in nursing. • You bring very good communication skills and a quick grasp of matters • You feel comfortable in rapidly changing situations and can set priorities • As a cooperative and constructive team member, you take on a role model function and, together with management and vocational training, share responsibility for the department Our benefits We look forward to your application Marie-Louise Fader Recruiting About USZ Das Universitätsspital Zürich ist eines der grössten Spitäler in der Schweiz.
