Le Gässliacker is a medium-sized center for the elderly and health with approximately 130 employees. We care for and accompany 81 residents in the retirement home and up to 15 day visitors as part of day care. We also offer 60 senior apartments with services. To strengthen our care team, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a

Registered Nurse M/F/D (Dementia Unit)
Activity rate: 60 % - 100 %

Your tasks:

• Taking over daily responsibility
• Care and accompaniment of residents during all day shifts
• Administrative and organizational tasks
• Execution and compliance with medical prescriptions
• Correct maintenance of LOBOS care documentation according to interRAI LTCF
• Trainer/trainer of our AGS and FaGe apprentices or assistance in their training

What you bring:

• Training as a registered nurse HF, specialist in long-term care and accompaniment or equivalent/recognized training
• Joy of working with experienced and dependent elderly people
• Commitment, motivation as well as willingness to take on responsibilities
• Great social competence, flexibility and reliability
• Good communication skills as well as a sense of humor
• Good computer skills
