CNC Mechanic (m/f/d) 100%

For our client, an internationally active, medium-sized industrial company in the field of precision mechanics and drive technology in the St. Gallen region, we are looking for an experienced specialist in the field of CNC gear cutting, effective immediately or by arrangement. Our client is among the leading manufacturers of highly precise mechanical components and supplies renowned customers from demanding industries such as motorsport and electromobility. With several locations in Europe and around 400 employees, the company offers a technically inspiring environment with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. Tasks: In this role, you are responsible for the setup and operation of mechanical as well as CNC-controlled gear cutting machines, including systems for generating and bevel gear milling, gear shaping and broaching. You manufacture complex individual parts as well as small series for highly demanding applications, including for international racing. Furthermore, you perform measurements and evaluations on high-precision coordinate measuring machines and actively contribute to quality assurance and process optimization. Requirements: You have completed training as a polymechanic, machining mechanic, or a comparable technical basic education and bring practical professional experience in the field of gear technology. A careful, quality-conscious way of working is a matter of course for you. You are proficient in the German language, both written and spoken, and are prepared to work in two-shift operation as well as occasionally in three-shift operation.
