Within the Guichet Unique, you receive calls from users facing breakdowns or technical malfunctions. You analyze the reported situations, evaluate their degree of urgency, and provide a first level of response or remote troubleshooting when possible. You then ensure the direction of requests to the competent responders or trigger the necessary interventions according to defined priorities.
Thanks to your technical experience and your analytical capacity, you play a central role in the coordination of intervention requests and contribute to guaranteeing the continuity of operation of the installations as well as the safety of people and infrastructure.
You ensure first-level troubleshooting interventions on the technical installations and equipment of the site, with a specialization in the field of electricity.
You are also required to carry out troubleshooting interventions in the fields of plumbing, carpentry, or mechanics. In this capacity, you demonstrate versatility and have general technical knowledge allowing you to perform simple troubleshooting and to effectively direct requests requiring specific expertise.

Qualifications ##
You hold a CFC d-installateur ou installatrice-électricienne or a diploma deemed equivalent and you justify at least five years of experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of complex electrical installations.
You possess solid knowledge in the electrical field, notably NIBT standards, and are comfortable with reading electrical diagrams and installation plans.
You master Microsoft Office tools as well as GMAO software. Knowledge of the KNX system or medium voltage networks constitutes an asset.
You also have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
