The position is attached to the Direction de l'immobilier (DI) whose mission is to define a strategy for the real estate portfolio, to develop the coherence of the monitoring of major projects according to the 2022-2040 hospital master plan, in strong partnership with the main services of the State attached to the Département du territoire, the Département des infrastructures and the one for health, to optimize the monitoring of surfaces and its future planning, while guaranteeing the proper functioning of services. More than 230 professionals carry out their missions daily with a constant sense of demand, service, and environmental responsibility. Attached to the Atelier Service Courant Faible sector, the Guichet Unique ensures the reception and management of technical emergency calls related to property and people from 7h00 to 17h30. Job Description ## Within the Guichet Unique, you receive calls from users facing breakdowns or technical malfunctions. You analyze the reported situations, evaluate their degree of urgency, and provide a first level of response or remote troubleshooting when possible. You then ensure the direction of requests to the competent responders or trigger the necessary interventions according to defined priorities. Thanks to your technical experience and your analytical capacity, you play a central role in the coordination of intervention requests and contribute to guaranteeing the continuity of operation of the installations as well as the safety of people and infrastructure. You ensure first-level troubleshooting interventions on the technical installations and equipment of the site, with a specialization in the field of electricity. You are also required to carry out troubleshooting interventions in the fields of plumbing, carpentry, or mechanics. In this capacity, you demonstrate versatility and have general technical knowledge allowing you to perform simple troubleshooting and to effectively direct requests requiring specific expertise. You ensure the administrative and technical follow-up of requests, ensure the traceability of interventions in the management tools, and participate in the updating of working documents. You may be required to work transversally with the Électricité and Mécanique sectors. Qualifications ## You hold a CFC d-installateur ou installatrice-électricienne or a diploma deemed equivalent and you justify at least five years of experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of complex electrical installations. You possess solid knowledge in the electrical field, notably NIBT standards, and are comfortable with reading electrical diagrams and installation plans. You master Microsoft Office tools as well as GMAO software. Knowledge of the KNX system or medium voltage networks constitutes an asset. You also have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
