fiwo is a social enterprise based in Amriswil TG. We mainly work with people who have been excluded from the labour market, offering them a daily structure as well as support in integration into the primary labour market.

On the productive side, we work with Swiss sheep wool. fiwo is the largest processor of Swiss sheep wool. We collect it throughout Switzerland and then process it into insulation materials for construction, bedding, felting, and fertiliser.

Do you have experience in personnel management as well as agogic work and are you interested in the raw material sheep wool?

Your area of responsibility:

• Leading the wool sorting
• Active participation in wool sorting
• Receiving sheep wool and its classification
• Agogic work (also possible for career changers)
• Support assignments throughout the entire production

Your qualifications:

• Industrial experience is an advantage
• German as a native language desired (at least B2)
• Manual dexterity
• Good physical condition
• Resilient and flexible
• No problems with heat, dust, and strong odours
• Forklift licence is an advantage
• Good PC skills - Microsoft Office user
