Profile: • Training as a medical secretary Main missions: Patient reception and relationship: • Welcome patients with professionalism and kindness. • Answer phone calls and information requests. • Manage appointments, changes and cancellations. • Direct patients to the relevant professionals. • Ensure the quality of the patient experience and the fluidity of the care pathway. Administrative management • Create and update administrative and medical files. • Ensure the follow-up of medical documents, certificates, prescriptions and correspondence. • Scan, classify and archive documents in accordance with confidentiality rules. • Participate in the management of the office's mail and emails. Cabinet coordination • Collaborate with chiropractors, physiotherapists and other interveners. • Ensure the management of agendas and optimize the planning of consultations. • Participate in the general organization of the center and the proper functioning of the reception. • Contribute to the management of administrative supplies and office equipment. Invoicing and insurance • Establish and control invoices. • Carry out administrative follow-up of sickness, accident or other insurance files. • Answer administrative questions related to invoicing.
