Your tasks as Area Manager

• Entrepreneurial overall responsibility for a region of 3-5 branches in the area BL / AG / SO / LU (with optional expansion into Ticino)
• Recruitment, leadership, and development of up to 100 employees
• Co-responsibility for branch openings
• Evaluation of key figures and initiation of coordinated measures
• Ensuring and continuous revision of branch processes

Do you already bring experience as an Area / District Manager?

You enter directly into leadership responsibility. After targeted, individual induction, you will immediately take over the management of your region and actively contribute your experience to our processes.

Are you entering as a Trainee?

We prepare you intensively for the role in a structured 3-stage program:

• Basic phase: You will be trained in a training branch and learn all sales-relevant tasks from the ground up, in order to then take over the overall responsibility of two branches for 5 weeks each.
• Build-up phase: In this phase, you will get to know all departments of our distribution center.
• Deepening phase: You will accompany Area Managers to acquire all necessary knowledge and skills. Subsequently, you will take over the overall responsibility for a region as a substitute for 4 weeks.

Your profile

• Completed studies with a business administration focus or further training to become a federally certified Sales Manager
• Mobility, resilience, and commitment
• High motivation, independence, and joy in entrepreneurial action
• Communication skills as well as an eye for the essential
• Very good German skills as well as Italian skills (at least B2)

Your professional experience – matching your entry:

• For direct entry as Area Manager:

You bring several years of professional and leadership experience in retail – ideally, you have already worked successfully as an Area Manager or in a comparable role

• For entry as a Trainee:

You are at the beginning of your career after graduation. Initial practical professional experience in retail is an advantage
