As a Sanitary Project Manager, you are responsible for the complete management of your projects, from acquisition to final delivery. Initiate execution plans and diagrams with the technical office. Coordinate the various stakeholders (architects, representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and other trades). Organize the installation teams in collaboration with other project managers. Order material and ensure the smooth running of construction sites. Monitor the financial aspects of projects (budget, costs, invoicing). Guarantee the quality of installations until the handover of the works. Actively participate in internal coordination meetings. Your profile You are an organized, autonomous and solution-oriented person. You specifically bring: A CFC as an installer or designer in sanitary building technology or training deemed equivalent. Proven experience in managing sanitary projects of all sizes. Excellent organizational and planning skills. A good sense of negotiation and a strong sensitivity to costs.
