• Cleaning and maintenance of the property (staircase, cellar, surroundings)
• Maintenance and control of the technical systems (heating, ventilation, sanitary)
• Rectification of minor damages
• Waste management
• Winter service
• Contact with tenants and authorities

Your profile: ###

• Completed vocational training as a caretaker or in a related profession
• Experience in the cleaning and maintenance of properties
• Technical understanding
• Enjoyment of working in a team
• Independent and reliable working style
