Tasks: Planning & sales of events: You skillfully stage exclusive events, conferences and group bookings – from the first inquiry to perfect implementation. Individual advice & tailor-made concepts: You recognize the wishes of our guests, think ahead and inspire with creative and stylish solutions. Internal coordination & smooth processes: You orchestrate all details with the involved teams and ensure seamless interaction behind the scenes. Host on the event day: You are the central contact person on site, coordinate spontaneous adjustments and guarantee first-class execution. Responsibility & leadership: You take over the deputy role of the team management, support team coordination and represent the department in meetings. Profile: Several years of experience in event management in 5-star hotels or the luxury service industry. Confident organizational talent with an eye for perfection and love for detail. Passion for hospitality and excellent service at the highest level. Negotiation skills, initiative and a strong sense of individual customer wishes. Impeccable manners, absolute discretion and loyalty towards guests and the establishment. Fluent language skills in German and English; French or Italian an advantage.
