Tasks
Effectively combat black market work: In an existing team, you will take on the responsibility of a black market inspector and be responsible for the enforcement of the Federal Act on Combating Undeclared Work.

Conduct inspections and evaluate results: You will carry out inspections at workplaces and in companies, evaluate the results obtained, and complete all associated work in the administrative and organizational area.

Perform authority work and investigations: You will draft inspection reports as well as orders and conduct interviews. In this activity, you will work closely with the various social partners, the Migration Office, the Border Guard Corps, the police, and other authorities.

Profile
Experience: You have experience with complex matters and can keep pace with an agile environment at all times. Additionally, you are willing to carry out inspections during off-peak hours and also at night.

Personality: You are a resilient personality with empathy and assertiveness, have an irreproachable reputation, and you know how to use your communication skills effectively even in difficult human situations.

Education: You possess a completed commercial vocational training (EFZ level) or a comparable training in a related professional field in order to be able to handle dossier management independently.

Language: Foreign language skills are a clear advantage in this inspection activity.
