Complemedis AG has been a pioneer for Traditional Chinese Medicine in Switzerland for almost 35 years. We import Chinese medicinal herbs and concentrated plant extracts (granulates), manufacture patient-individual medicines from them on the prescription of TCM specialists, and also maintain a range of over-the-counter complementary medicine products.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged personality who is happy to take on responsibility and roll up their sleeves, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
Active participation in the magistral manufacturing of TCM medicines of dispensing categories D and E as well as their monitoring
Technical and personnel management of a motivated team of young and experienced employees
Leading the handling of daily business, from order receipt to outgoing mail
Optimization of processes and participation in quality assurance
Participation in the development of new products
Your profile
Completed training as Drogist/in HF
Good galenic knowledge
Joy in creating new products
Hands-on mentality: You do not only lead, but also actively work in the daily business
Exact, reliable and independent way of working
Enjoyment of leadership tasks and working in a team
TCM knowledge is not required – we will train you carefully
