ICT Procurement and Project Manager, 80-100% The Office for Informatics and Organisation (AIO) of the canton of Solothurn is the centre of competence for the implementation of digitalisation and the assumption of professional technology tasks. It also ensures the maintenance and operation of central and/or cross-cutting informatics and communication systems. For the Customer Consulting and Projects department, we are looking for an ICT Procurement and Project Manager, 80-100% at the Solothurn location. Your responsibility Independently, you carry out public procurements in the ICT environment in accordance with IVöB, including the creation of tender documents, accompanying the customer during evaluation up to the creation of the award decision. You also take over the management and leadership of informatics projects and are responsible for meeting customer requirements, time, quality and budget specifications. You are responsible for planning and implementing simple to complex technical infrastructure projects of the AIO and thus drive the continuous optimisation of our IT and technology landscape.
