EMS de la Sionge is a human-sized institution, spread across two sites (Sâles and Vuadens) in the Gruyère region. We welcome 74 residents in a professional and warm atmosphere, based on a care approach "like at home".

A new site of 123 beds will open in February 2027, marking an important step in the evolution of our establishment.

As part of supporting our internal evolution, we are looking for:

An ICUS of 80 to 100%

We offer you the opportunity to accompany the evolution of our institution towards a participatory management functioning with autonomous units connected to each other and grouping all institutional sectors, individualized support to meet the needs of seniors, and a future establishment of 7 units (opening planned February 2027).

To do this, your objective will be to strengthen a care and support team, reveal its potential, and promote individual/collective responsibility.

You will perceive the benefit of working in a transversal and interdisciplinary mode. You know how to work in project mode and are a relay for change.

You are sensitive to the concept of "human at the center of concerns" or "Montessori" and you identify with the palliative care approach. You wish to enable seniors to fully benefit from the last stages of their lives by including their loved ones and promoting their self-determination.

Benefiting from a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or an equivalent diploma, with a CAS in management as an asset, experience in team management, and endowed with good clinical analysis skills. You know how to manage priorities, position yourself, make decisions, and promote interdisciplinarity within a team in order to collectively develop common objectives and interventions for the fulfillment of the elderly person.

You master French in writing and speaking.
