A permanent and temporary staffing company in the luxury hospitality sector based in Genève and recognized for its quality work is looking for a Human Resources Consultant to complete its team as part of its development.

Human Resources Consultant

Your profile:

• You come from the luxury hospitality sector, preferably as an F&B assistant minimum or in Human Resources.
• Organized, disciplined, enthusiastic, rigorous, easy to contact, autonomous
• Team spirit
• Excellent knowledge of IT tools
• You are comfortable with numbers
• Knowledge of the Romand economic fabric
• Easy to contact
• Very good management of stress and priorities
• Ability to manage and keep an up-to-date schedule (200 to 400 employees)

Your mission:

• Selection, interview, and recruitment of candidates
• Management of telephone calls, making appointments (candidates and clients)
• Planning of candidate activity based on our clients' needs
• Commercial prospecting
• Management of weekend shifts (on-call phone)
• Schedule management
