Cost Cap Analyst

Your Task Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing the cost cap to ensure full compliance with FIA financial regulations and efficient budget utilization. Preparation, validation and execution of precise and timely submissions of all official documentation regarding the FIA financial regulations. Leading regular FIA audits and acting as an absolute expert in all cost cap matters. Driving robust financial reporting and conducting strategic simulations to ensure smart decisions in cost allocation. Direct collaboration with technical and operational teams to translate complex cost structures into clear, actionable insights. Close cooperation with legal, finance and compliance teams to navigate the fast-paced regulatory landscape. Continuous tracking of new developments in the FIA financial regulations and proactive assessment of their strategic impact on the team. Your Profile University degree in accounting, finance or a related field. Sound experience in financial analysis or cost controlling, ideally in Formula 1, elite motorsport or another highly demanding environment. Solid knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS or German financial regulations, with the ability to bridge the gap between standard accounting and the FIA frameworks. Deep understanding of cost engineering, project tracking and asset management under strict regulatory frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a razor-sharp attention to detail. Proven track record in cost management and budget optimization. Dynamic, passionate team player who takes absolute responsibility in a high-performance environment. Expert knowledge in Excel and sound experience with ERP systems. Professional English is an absolute requirement, and German language skills are a great plus.
