The small institution Werkstatt-Fricktal GmbH in Kaiseraugst offers young adults who find themselves in difficult life situations social pedagogical care and support by specialists in the living and working areas. Dipl. Sozialpädagoge with an empathetic basic attitude   *Tasks:* • Full-scope key person work including system networking and administration • Household tasks and preparation of meals • Control rounds in the evenings and periodically on weekends (no night shifts) • Assumption of administrative and organizational tasks • Part of a small experienced team (flat hierarchy) *What we wish for* • A flexible, humorous, enterprising social pedagogue between the ages of 28 and 35 • Residence in the near vicinity of Kaiseraugst with a valid driver's license • Experience in the inpatient sector with adolescents/young adults • Flair for administrative and organizational tasks, rather small amount to manage • Social flair, client-oriented, enterprising • Fitting into the current attitude of the institution (positive, benevolent, and solution-oriented approach) • Experience in the addiction sector to give our clients the best possible support towards drug freedom. *What we offer:* • Field of work with great scope for action and possibilities for co-design • Careful introduction by the work team • Timely remuneration and 5 weeks of paid vacation • A sympathetic, committed, and well-coordinated team    You are empathetic, a team player, and ready to take on responsibility - we look forward to getting to know you as the pedagogical area manager for boarding and day residents, with a view to a leadership position during the course of the year 2027.
