Your tasks and perspectives ##

• Scheduling, reservation and contract management, as well as invoicing for our 180 personal rooms, 130 meeting rooms and 720 parking spaces
• Administration of all real estate contracts incl. service charge accounting
• Optimization of process and work flows based on a new innovative concept and its implementation
• Contact person for tenants, landlords, customers, employees, as well as internal and external service providers
• Support of the specialist departments on-site at the HOCH locations

What you bring for this position ##

• Completed commercial basic training as well as training/further education - or professional experience in real estate management
• Valid driver's license category B
• Proficient in administrative tasks (Office skills) as well as impeccable German in spoken and written form
• Cheerful personality with joy in dealing with people
• High degree of independence, flexibility and responsible action
