Together with your team, you will ensure that our guests can enjoy extraordinary spa experiences. What you can achieve With your enthusiasm for the wellness industry, you create moments of well-being for our guests and motivate your team anew every day. You perform our wellness massages professionally and according to the established protocols. You support our team at the spa reception and lend a hand wherever your help is needed. Together with the Spa & Massage management, you organize and coordinate the internal processes of the department. Quality is important to you: You pay attention to compliance with our quality standards and ensure that our guidelines and specifications are implemented. You participate in the planning and organization of department-specific training sessions and accompany new team members competently and warmly during their induction. What you bring with you • You have completed training as a masseur/masseuse and have already gained valuable professional experience in the wellness sector. • As a true team player, you convince with your high social competence, your reliability, and your resilience. • You communicate confidently and fluently in German and also have good knowledge of French. • With your flexibility and commitment, you also enjoy working in the evenings, on weekends, and on public holidays. • You are fit, motivated, and ready to go into the future successfully together with us.
