General Project Manager: HLKSE (80–100 %)

For our client, an established company in the field of building technology, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual as a General Project Manager: HLKSE (80–100 %). Your tasks • Overall responsibility for the successful planning and realization of projects in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and electrical (HLKSE) • Leadership, coordination, and management of the participating project teams and specialist departments • Ensuring efficient and cross-disciplinary cooperation • Responsibility for compliance with quality, schedule, and cost specifications • Central contact person for clients, customers, planners, suppliers, and other project participants • Coordination and monitoring of the various project phases • Technical and economic optimization of project processes • Identification of project risks as well as initiation of suitable measures • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and quality standards Your profile • Completed basic training in the field of building technology or a comparable technical training • Further education at HF, FH level or a comparable qualification is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in the management and coordination of HLKSE projects • Sound knowledge of the relevant Swiss standards and regulations • Strong technical and economic understanding • Independent, reliable, and structured way of working • Leadership competence as well as strong team and communication skills • Confident appearance towards customers and other project participants • Very good oral and written German skills • Good user knowledge of common IT programs What awaits you • Responsible key position with varied and demanding HLKSE projects • Modern workplace in Solothurn • Young and dynamic working environment • Attractive and market-oriented employment conditions • 5 weeks vacation • Flexible annual working hours • Regular team events • Long-term development opportunities in a future-oriented company Interested?
