What awaits you with us ## • You are responsible, together with your team, for the smooth operation of Finnova and the VZ Finanzportal, including interfaces and peripheral systems. • You process disturbances according to ITIL incl. Root Cause Analysis, implement changes, carry out releases independently and coordinate tests. • You proactively drive the optimization of processes and the improvement of quality and do not shy away from new technologies. • You coordinate the specialist departments and external partners regarding run-the-bank topics • You accompany requirements from specification to productive operation.
