Job Description ## Receptionist Responsibilities • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers • Manage incoming calls in German and English • Receive and assist clients and guests • Coordinate meeting room schedules, including preparation, setup, and ensuring rooms are clean and ready for use • Organize and support virtual meetings, including video conference setup and troubleshooting when needed.
