#Impact

What you can achieve with us ##

• You are responsible for the entire operational purchasing process, from obtaining quotes to invoice approval
• You obtain offers, carry out order planning, and trigger orders
• You monitor order confirmations and delivery dates and ensure that agreed dates are met
• You coordinate discrepancy reconciliations and clarify open questions with internal and external contact persons
• You are in close exchange with the project managers and the suppliers to ensure a smooth process
• You check and approve supplier invoices and ensure the correct maintenance of purchasing master data

#Requirements

What you bring with you ###

• You have a successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further training as a purchasing specialist
• You bring several years of experience in operational purchasing and export
• You are proficient in using Navision or Business Central and you move confidently in digital processes
• You are characterized by flexibility and a positive, service-oriented attitude
• You maintain an overview even with a high workload, set priorities, and act in a solution-oriented manner
• You communicate with business proficiency in German and English, both written and oral
