A venue for major events and counting no fewer than 300 clubs, 30'000 license holders and about 60 international sports federations and associations, Lausanne is a city where sport occupies a place of choice.
In anticipation of the current holder's retirement, the Infrastructure and Projects unit of the Service des sports de la Ville de Lausanne is looking for its future head.

• lead design or renovation projects for Lausanne's sports infrastructure while ensuring their accessibility, sustainability, architectural quality, and safety,
• manage a small team of 2 to 3 people,
• and participate in the development of the City's sports offering

Main mission(s)
Lead and successfully complete construction projects through to their realization in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
Lead the realization of the sports component of the Métamorphose project as project manager and represent the service therein
Study possibilities for development, renovation, or improvement of the existing real estate portfolio and direct any eventual works while controlling the financial aspect
Represent the client (maître d'ouvrage) within the framework of mandates entrusted to external agents with partner services
Ensure the administrative, human, and financial management of the Infrastructure and Projects unit
Profile
University Master's degree EPF or HES in architecture or civil engineering
Additional training in team or project management, desired
5 years of experience in the field of building construction in Switzerland
Proven experience in project management and managing a small team
Mastery of SIA standards and the Swiss contractual framework
Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
B2 level in English and German desired

Driver's license (cat. B)
Clean criminal record
Occasional availability for irregular and staggered hours (evening or weekend)
