Due to the retirement of the current school principal, we are looking for a committed personality as
Secondary School Management as of 1 August 2027
with the possibility of increasing hours through teaching lessons

In the municipality of Wartau, around 700 children and adolescents attend schools from kindergarten to secondary school. At the Oberstufenzentrum Seidenbaum in Trübbach, 190 students are currently being taught in 13 classes (incl. two small classes) by a total of 25 teachers.
Your task
You lead the secondary school in pedagogical, personnel, organizational, and financial matters,
lead and accompany employees in an appreciative, clear, and prudent manner,
work closely with the school leadership team and the school board and
communicate proactively and represent the school convincingly to the outside.
You bring with you
a confident appearance and pronounced communicative skills,
a basic pedagogical education and experience in primary/secondary school (ideally at the target level),
a qualification as a school principal (CAS) or the willingness to complete this promptly,
joy in leadership, school development, and design,
decisiveness, assertiveness, and organizational talent as well as
the ability to maintain an overview and a sense of humor even in demanding situations.
