Senior Physician (female) / Senior Physician (male) 80 - 100%

These are your tasks

• Management of the medical-therapeutic care of mentally ill people between the ages of 18 and 64
• Integrative therapeutic activity in the interprofessional team
• Close cooperation with the ward manager
• Development and implementation of advanced treatment concepts
• Teaching / Coaching of assistant physicians and psychologists
• Conducting your own outpatient consultation hours

What you bring with you

• Team player and reflective personality
• Interest in resilience and resource orientation in an interprofessional context
• Completed specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or advanced specialist training
• Good relationship and communication skills
• Very good German language skills
• CH medical diploma or, in the case of foreign diplomas, entry in the MEBEKO register
