Our logistics buildings are located in various regions of Switzerland and in several countries in Western Europe. With our internal painter team, we ensure that our buildings remain functional, well-maintained, and representative in the long term. Whether new construction, renovation, or demanding special execution - your work contributes directly to shaping and developing our infrastructure sustainably.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Team Leader Painter.

Area of responsibility

• You lead your small team professionally and disciplinarily and actively work on the construction site
• You independently prepare painting and renovation work and carry it out in interior and exterior areas
• You stand for clean, professional work and convincing quality
• You have an eye for detail and ensure tidy, well-maintained construction sites
• You roll up your sleeves, support other departments, and pull together with the team

Requirement profile

• You already have leadership experience or want to take the next step to team leader
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a painter and know the craft from practice
• You work independently, reliably, and carefully and bring manual dexterity
• You are flexible and ready to travel - assignments at our external locations can also take place for weeks at a time
• You communicate confidently in German and can communicate clearly and easily as a team leader with your team and our customers
