• Shaping the enterprise core platform: You take responsibility for the heart of our IT - a highly available, business-critical Windows Server & Active Directory infrastructure
• Platform integration & tooling: You are responsible for the operation and seamless integration of critical peripheral systems on our Windows environments
• Automation-first approach: With PowerShell and modern toolsets, you automate everything from deployment and monitoring to configuration management
• Security & hardening: You implement modern tiering models, consistently apply least-privilege concepts, and proactively harden our Microsoft platform

What makes you unique

• Your foundation: You have training in the field of informatics (EFZ / HF / FH / Uni) or a comparable qualification with practical experience and technical expertise
• You love depth: You have proven practical experience in the field (Active Directory, Windows Server and ideally in Privileged Access Management)
• Your code runs the operation: You are not a "click admin," but rather automate out of passion
• Security in your blood: You understand the risks of local infrastructures and enjoy securing systems according to the latest best practices
• Doer with drive: You work independently and in a structured manner.

• Strong communicator: Very good German skills, supplemented by a second official language as well as good English skills
