• Project design, tendering, and execution planning of HLKS projects
• Preparation of diagrams and submissions and creation of calculations
• Specialist construction management and supervision of projects during execution
• Coordination of the planning team in the respective project phases
• Cooperation with clients, GU/TU, architects and specialist planners as well as leading project meetings
• Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines across all project phases

Requirements ###

What requirements do you bring as a Project Manager HLKS (m/f/d), Basel, 80-100%?

• Training as a Techniker:in HF/TS or several years of professional experience in an adequate position
• Experience in the planning and realization of sanitary projects
• Good knowledge of MS-Office, as well as CAD (Nova), ideally experience with BIM
• Independent and structured way of working
• Joy in cooperating with various project participants
• Very good German skills
