Technician Smartphone 80 - 100% (w/m/d)

You will undertake the following tasks:

• Diagnoses and repairs on the entire product portfolio
• Creation of binding cost estimates
• Acquiring and expanding manufacturer-specific knowledge
• Ordering and managing spare parts
• Participating in process optimization
• Oral and written answering of inquiries from customer service
• Training and induction of new employees
• Co-responsibility for the achievement of annual goals
• Energetic support in complying with manufacturer- and customer-specific SLAs

Your profile:

Do you have a completed vocational apprenticeship in the field of electrical engineering or a great technical affinity and want to make your contribution to a sustainable society? Good process understanding and very good PC user skills round off your profile? Are you an open and creative personality who brings a expeditious and exact way of working, as well as a quick grasp? Of course, you are fluent in German and, advantageously, have basic knowledge of English.
