As the specialized construction service of the canton of Grisons, the Office des constructions represents the interests of the canton as a real estate owner and/or client and is responsible for all real estate management services. This includes the structuring of the real estate portfolio, planning, implementation, and management of properties, as well as consulting.

We are looking for a portfolio management project manager starting 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• Proactive and long-term planning of the real estate portfolio and investments of the canton's diverse real estate portfolio
• Structuring of the portfolio as well as optimization and management of sub-portfolios
• Definition of space and equipment standards for the cantonal administration
• Verification of the feasibility of declared user needs and their compliance with strategic objectives and real estate principles
• Site evaluation and planning of real estate occupancy
• Representation of the client as a project manager for the sustainable and strategic planning and management of new constructions, renovations, and repairs
• Collaboration with other cantonal offices and external partners to promote sustainable real estate solutions and achieve the best possible synergies

What we expect from you

• You have completed training as an architect with continuing education / experience in strategic planning
• You have experience in project management and preferably also as a representative of the client
• You have the ability to present and communicate complex subjects clearly and understandably in German
• You possess a pronounced interconnected entrepreneurial mindset as well as a great sense of responsibility and quality
• You are capable of working in a team and are solution-oriented and service-oriented
• You enjoy and have the skill to deal with different interest groups
• You communicate clearly and like to work in a team on projects
• Your attitude is confident, friendly, and convincing
• Mastery of digital tools is part of your daily routine
• An extensive general knowledge and ideally good knowledge of several cantonal languages complete your profile
