With you, we are gaining a motivated leadership personality who puts teamwork at the center!    What you can achieve  • As a Teamleader:in in sorting, you are responsible for a team of 20-30 employees and ensure the efficient and high-quality processing of the incoming shipment volumes. • As a leadership duo, you lead and promote your employees, actively shape team development, chair meetings, and maintain communication and information within the team. • Furthermore, you schedule your personnel according to business principles, question existing workflows, and adapt processes if necessary. • Within the management team, you actively contribute your ideas and support the implementation of optimization suggestions. • You actively work in daily operations and are ready to pitch in during 2-shift operations (day/night rotating) or at a fixed working time in sorting.     What you bring with you  • You have completed basic training in logistics or a comparable training and bring experience from a production or logistics operation. • Thanks to your already collected leadership experience, you will quickly find your way in this function and are ready to develop yourself in a targeted manner. • With your strong team spirit, assertiveness, as well as high flexibility and resilience, you will score points with us. • Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good IT skills (M365) round off your profile.   With you, flexibility becomes everyday life.
