Fiduciary Bear (30–40 %)

Bears are loners. We want to change that. Ursus Treuhand & Revision AG in Wabern near Bern is young, dynamic and digital. With us, fiduciary work happens the way it should be today: paperless, with AI in the toolbox and without federal folders on the shelf. We are growing and looking for reinforcement for our team. Your territory: You manage client accounting independently and will soon know "your" clientele by name. This includes monthly reconciliations, VAT returns, payroll accounting and personnel administration as well as tax returns for individuals and companies. This is varied, brings a lot of personal responsibility and real contact with people instead of anonymous columns of numbers. Your growth path: With us, you are not fixed to one area of responsibility forever. If you contribute and want to move forward, we are happy to invest time and work in your development. With induction into new topics, professional exchange and, where appropriate, external further training. This way, you can grow step by step into annual financial statements and audit mandates. We shape where the journey goes together and according to your strengths. What you bring with you: Ideally fiduciary or audit experience. You work precisely and independently and celebrate modern tools instead of fearing them. Above all, however, you enjoy what you do. For you, fiduciary work is not just a job, but something where you like to think along, tinker and are happy when everything works out in the end. What you get: 30–40 % workload, short decision-making paths and a modern environment that you actively help shape from the beginning. There is no hibernation with us, but rather a lot of development. Sounds like you? Then send us your CV and application dossier. We look forward to hearing from you! Got curious?
