ICT-System-Spezialist/-in Senior (1211) Zollikofen, Schweiz (und Homeoffice) | 80-100% This is your contribution Responsibility for the stable operation as well as the end-to-end lifecycle management of identity and collaboration services in hybrid environments (on-premises and Microsoft 365) incl. accounts, permissions, groups, mailboxes and other directory and Exchange objects Ensuring quality, availability and stability of the services as well as continuous optimization and further development of the operating processes and services Recording, analysis and implementation of new requirements in close coordination with stakeholders as well as support from conception to successful transition into regular operation Conception, implementation and maintenance of automation and integration solutions for processes and interfaces, especially using PowerShell and comparable technologies Systematic analysis of existing processes, identification of optimization potential as well as active co-design of standardized and digitized service processes Close cooperation with internal and external partners as well as application and further development of agile working methods (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, SAFe) to support an efficient and customer-oriented service operation What makes you unique IT training (EFZ) as well as a degree from a university of applied sciences/higher vocational education or comparable subject-related and/or technical further training Several years of experience in the operation of complex Microsoft environments Very good knowledge in the Active Directory environment regarding group management and the logical OU structure of Active Directory Experience with M365 services (Azure Directory, Tenant management, etc.) Programming and scripting knowledge desired (PowerShell) Good active knowledge of two official languages In a nutshell Are you interested in people with their various requests in daily business operations and do you enjoy helping them with their problems or questions?
