Job description
The day structures of Schule Wald include a nursery and several after-school care centers (Horte), distributed across eight locations. In the Krippe Nokimuz, we care for children from three months up to kindergarten entry in three mixed-age groups. At the Hort locations, we offer supplementary school care for children from 1. Kindergarten to 6. grade at all primary school locations during non-teaching time and during school holidays. We place value on meeting children at eye level and involving them in everyday life. In doing so, we ensure a versatile and child-friendly offering. Curiosity, relationship, and reliability characterize our daily work just as much as humor and cohesion. Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a Relief Specialist Childcare EFZ 40 - 60% for flexible deployment in all locations. We offer

a varied permanent position
main deployment days in the Hort on Mon, Tue and Thu, often from 11.00 to max. 18.30, with early care sometimes also from 6.15
working hours in the nursery full day with early or late shifts
shared responsibility in a lively and development-oriented workplace
versatile, demanding area of responsibility with room for creativity
committed, appreciative and collegial team and supportive site managements
catering options in the company
open and constructive work culture
Your profile - we are looking for

recognized pedagogical training in the field of childcare
professional experience in family or supplementary school care
high flexibility and ability to adapt to different locations and situations
strong sense of responsibility
motivated, tolerant, empathetic personality in working with children of different ages
independent, reliable, mindful and team-oriented way of working
motorized with own car
