The Department of Ageing and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in the five retirement homes as well as through Spitex.
For our long-term care at the Oberi Retirement Home, which provides a well-maintained home for 150 residents, we are looking for an honest, open-minded and cheerful personality from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
• Progressive care and support of our residents within the key worker system
• Managing orders, answering telephone calls, organising appointments, handling correspondence for the residential group
• Work shifts in early and late duty
Your Profile
• Health/Care Specialist EFZ or equivalent SRK recognition
• Independent, committed, resilient and responsible
• At least 1 year of professional experience
• Experience and enjoyment in working with people with dementia
• Good PC user skills
• Very good oral and written German skills
