OM-TechService GmbH is an ESTI NIV 15 certified company for the repair, installation and maintenance of household appliances throughout German-speaking Switzerland. We serve private customers, property owners and property management companies with a high standard of quality and customer service.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, an

Allrounder Service Technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Repair and maintenance of household appliances such as washing machines, tumble dryers, fridge/freezer combinations, ovens, dishwashers and hobs
• Installation and commissioning of new appliances for private customers and management companies
• Regular maintenance and service assignments on behalf of property management companies and private customers
• Independent error diagnosis on-site and professional repair or spare parts ordering
• Friendly, competent customer contact and advice – both in direct contact with private customers and with contact persons at management companies
• Clean documentation of service assignments (work reports, spare parts, material consumption)
• Close cooperation with the team and the dispatch
• Over time: independent management of a fixed customer area

Your profile:

• Completed basic technical training (EFZ, EBA), e.g., as an auto mechanic, electrician, mechanic, mechatronics technician or a comparable technical training – we are open to various specialties
• Lateral entrants from craft backgrounds with professional experience are also very welcome
• NIV15 connection permit or willingness to complete this training
• Experience with household appliances is not a requirement – we will train you carefully
• Technical understanding, manual dexterity and enjoyment of working independently
• Driving license category B
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (orally at least level C1)
• Friendly, well-groomed appearance
• Enjoyment of customer contact both by telephone and on-site.
