To reinforce our Wohngruppe Grün team, we are looking for, as of 01.08.2026 or by arrangement, a Healthcare Specialist or Care Specialist 50% What you do: • Care of clients in everyday residential group life with agogic, nursing, and administrative tasks • Maintaining and promoting the independence of the clients • Readiness for active teamwork • Planning and accompanying leisure activities • Key person work • Domestic tasks What you bring: • Completed training as Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ or Fachfrau/-mann Betreuung EFZ • Keeping a cool head in hectic situations • High social competence as well as strong communication and organizational skills • Flexible, resilient, and humorous personality with pleasure in working independently • Joy in active thinking within the team • Readiness for irregular working hours as well as for taking on day and night shifts desired • Driver's license category B What we offer you: • Varied work in a committed team and sound induction • Attractive employment conditions in accordance with cantonal guidelines • Possibility of an additional auxiliary function of approx. 20% • 5 weeks vacation • No split shifts • Free parking as well as public transport connection • Internal and external continuing education • Company social counseling Proitera supports employees with free professional advice and support in all life situations In the new residential building in the Wohngruppe Grün, 8 clients living between the ages of 18 and 66 reside.
