The flexible and, if desired, expandable field of activity:

• Support of the HR team in all administrative matters
• Participation and co-design in or of HR projects
• Support during the application process, from scheduling and making appointments to processing in the personnel system
• Application and maintenance of the available IT and personnel systems
• Active participation and organization of occasions and events
• Development of skills up to advisory and recruitment interviews

These qualities characterize you:

• Passion and interest in the field of Human Resources, recruiting, or people in general
• You are currently studying (Bachelor/Master) or have already completed it
• You actively approach people and have no hesitation when it comes to telephone contact with applicants. You thrive in advisory conversations and find people and their life stories exciting
• An open manner with people from a wide variety of cultures
• Ambition, motivation, and a strong hands-on and let's do it mentality
• Furthermore, you are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, independence, teamwork, and commitment
• IT affinity or proficient use of the entire MS Office package is required
