To complete our HR team, we are looking for our future HR Manager 100% (until February 2027) Your mission • Participation in the analysis of the 2026 annual performance reviews • Preparation of statistics and various documents related to remuneration • Preparation of various internal documents, amendments, correspondence • Entry of contractual changes into our ERP and notifications to social security organizations and insurances • Preparation of work certificates and various attestations • Checking of monthly working time reports, monitoring of absences • Support to the HR Director in his various administrative tasks Your profile • You have a fluent or bilingual level in French German • You are comfortable with numbers, social security and aspects related to remuneration • You have team spirit and define yourself by your precision and your rigor • You are motivated, dynamic, open to change and novelty!
