YOUR TASKS • You ensure a pleasant atmosphere of well-being and guarantee our guests an unforgettable stay. • You ensure a smooth and professional process during the night. • You are the contact person for our guests from A to Z and responsible for check-in, check-out as well as optimal room occupancy. • You carry out regular rounds of the premises and ensure safety and order in the hotel. • You work closely in a team and support the bar with drink and snack preparation, as well as with the setup of the breakfast buffet • You bring joy to a versatile and varied working environment. YOUR PROFILE • Ideally, you bring initial professional experience or are enthusiastic about the hotel and hospitality industry. • You work independently, responsibly and reliably – especially during the night hours. • You maintain calm and an overview even in challenging or unexpected situations. • With your commitment and helpfulness, you actively contribute to enabling our guests to have an unforgettable stay. • You have German and English skills at at least B2-C1 level (further languages are an advantage). • Teamwork is a matter of course for you – you enjoy supporting your colleagues and finding solutions together. • Ideally, you have already worked with a hotel reservation system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio or SIHOT).
