At our headquarters in Zürich Oerlikon, we are looking for an experienced person as of immediately or by arrangement as: Project Manager Operations & ICT 100% What you will do with us: * Development, implementation, and management of strategic initiatives as well as national projects * Further development of a superior process map, ensuring nationwide implementation and continuous optimization in close cooperation with the affected persons at all 8 locations in Switzerland * Analysis of existing structures in the area of ICT, IT infrastructure, and Data Security, development of holistic measures and solutions as well as creation and maintenance of corresponding documentation * Conception, organization, and implementation of training for employees at all 8 locations on new/adjusted processes, tools, and IT/Data Security * Responsibility (including controlling) for ongoing ICT projects and coordination with external IT service providers * Responsibility for the evaluation, implementation/further development (including documentation and employee training) of central work and collaboration platforms as well as the use of automation and artificial intelligence to increase the efficiency and success of InnoPark Schweiz AG What we expect from you: * Business administration knowledge and proven professional experience in a comparable position * Experience in the conception, management, and control of projects * Sound experience in the operational as well as in the ICT environment * Know-how in change processes and change management * Good Microsoft-365 user skills * Business fluent German and English skills * (Basic) knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage * Interest in a meaningful activity in a social environment * Joy in working in a decentralized organization with 8 locations in 3 language regions * Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland - you see this as an enrichment and not a burden * Interest and understanding for the industry of vocational integration as well as the willingness to deal with its framework conditions * Goal-oriented, networked, and solution-oriented way of working as well as joy in making a difference together Have we piqued your interest?
