In the security sector, rigor and reliability are essential. We are looking for a versatile and autonomous concierge to ensure the general maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of our 3 buildings located in Genève, Rolle and Lonay.

MAIN MISSIONS :

Cleaning and maintenance of premises

• Dusting of surfaces, offices, tables and equipment
• Cleaning of floors, sanitary facilities (WC, sinks) and common areas
• Cleaning of exterior and interior windows
• Maintenance of the garage and transit areas
• General tidying of workspaces
• Management and removal/collection of trash
• Purchase of material and products.

Technical and logistical maintenance

• Small repairs and routine maintenance work (painting, touch-ups, etc.)
• Replacement of light bulbs and management of minor technical tasks
• Moving and monitoring the cleaning of uniforms at the dry cleaner
• Vigilance regarding the general condition of the three buildings

SEARCHED PROFILE :

• Desired experience in a similar position
• Sense of organization, rigor and attention to detail
• Handyperson, reactive and autonomous in the management of daily tasks
• Swiss nationality, permit C or B, EU/EFTA
• Driver's license
