For an established and dynamic company in the Dagmersellen region, we are looking for an engaged personality as a Clerk Sales Back Office / Customer Service, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

In this versatile role, you are an important contact person for customers and support the sales back office in daily business.

• Processing of customer inquiries and general concerns
• Professional processing of customer complaints and damage cases
• Creation and maintenance of customer master lists
• Preparation of statistics and evaluations
• Support and monitoring of customer projects and customer processes
• Coordination with various internal departments
• General administrative and organizational work

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good French skills
• English skills are an advantage
• Enjoyment of daily contact with customers
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Networked thinking and a precise way of working
• Reliable, independent and team player personality
• Good organizational skills
