Your missions Within the School Education team, you will assume the management of various national projects aimed at strengthening a culture of exchange and mobility in Swiss schools. In particular, you will coordinate the development of the National Exchange Week as well as the national exchange label, and contribute to their sustainable anchoring and development. - You coordinate and implement the National Exchange Week, a Swiss-wide initiative to promote exchange and mobility - You ensure the coordination, operational implementation, and development of the pilot project << Label de l'échange >> in collaboration with the cantons and schools - You coordinate collaboration between the various internal and external stakeholders and guarantee a smooth flow of information - You constructively reconcile varied interests and perspectives - You facilitate workshops and exchange groups intended for project development - You systematically collect feedback from schools, cantons, and other stakeholders. You analyze the results, analyze them and implement measures aimed at ensuring the continuous improvement of the projects - You manage other projects in consultation with the head of the department - You work in close collaboration with the program coordinators and the communication team Your profile - Higher level education (Master's an asset) - Experience in operational management and coordination of projects involving multiple stakeholders - Good knowledge of the Swiss education system and the field of school education - Open-mindedness and flexibility, ability to carry out demanding tasks autonomously, constructively and reliably - Ease in complex environments bringing together multiple stakeholders; ability to manage divergent interests, critical feedback and demanding consultation processes, while finding constructive solutions - Structured way of working and ability to maintain an overview of several projects conducted in parallel - Personal and/or professional passion for the themes of exchange, mobility and national cohesion - Language skills: You speak German and French fluently and ideally have good knowledge of Italian - Ready to travel: your activity involves occasional interesting business trips in Switzerland - You possess excellent interpersonal and representation skills. You distinguish yourself by your analytical abilities, your conceptual spirit and your transversal thinking. You enjoy networking and know how to develop pragmatic solutions to complex problems with different stakeholders.
